This genius idea works by allowing your freshly ground nugs to fall onto a mesh screen. The screen is just wide enough to allow the dried trichome heads to slip through to a separate chamber while keeping the bulk of the herb on top, ready to pack. 

Another brilliant way to collect kief is with a pollen sift box. These nifty sometimes ornate box's are a fairly quick way to accumulate some kief. They are simply a two chamber box (top and bottom) separated by a mesh screen. Load your nugs into the top chamber, give it a good shake for a few seconds. As the buds are beat around in the box, the kief falls through the screen on to a mirror for easy collection.
